Cancellation Policy

Consultation Booking Policy 1. Purpose of the Consultation The Consultation provides an initial legal assessment of the client’s matter. Its purpose is to clarify the legal framework, identify possible options, and discuss potential next steps. 2. Scope of the Consultation The Consultation includes: 1. Review of the facts as presented by the client 2. General legal assessment based on the information provided 3. Discussion of possible courses of action The Consultation does not include: 1. Legal representation or ongoing legal advice 2. Drafting, reviewing, or revising contracts or other legal documents 3. Communication with courts, authorities, or third parties 4. Detailed case strategy, procedural planning, or implementation Any further legal services require a separate engagement agreement. 3. No Establishment of Attorney–Client Relationship The Consultation alone does not establish an attorney–client relationship beyond the scope of the Consultation. Legal representation begins only after a separate written mandate has been agreed and accepted by client. 4. Confidentiality All documents, information, and facts provided by the client during the Consultation will be treated as confidential. They will be handled with professional discretion and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client’s consent, unless disclosure is required by law. 5. Booking and Fees 1. The Consultations must be booked in advance. 2. The Consultation fee must be paid in full after the issuance of invoice. 3. All stated fees are subject to statutory value added tax (VAT) at a rate of 19%, unless otherwise stated. 6. Cancellation and Rescheduling 1. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. 2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or failure to attend the appointment, are non-refundable. 3. One rescheduling request is permitted, subject to availability. 7. Duration and Punctuality 1. The Consultation is limited to the agreed time slot. 2. Late arrival may result in a shortened consultation without any reduction of the fee. 3. Unused consultation time cannot be transferred or refunded. 8. No Guarantee of Outcome Legal assessments provided during the consultation are based solely on the information available at that time. No guarantee is given regarding outcomes, success, or future developments.
